It is hard to be a care partner without a supportive family; when your family is not there for you it is a tough road.

  • Try sending your family an occasional note, photograph or even an article about Alzheimer’s to let them know what you are doing and going through.

  • You may want to attend a support group to get some feedback and help from other family members.
